ResolveLabs Tunnel

Use cases

Test webhooks, run live demos and QA, try native mobile apps and share databases temporarily with ResolveLabs Tunnel.

ResolveLabs Tunnel covers the situations where localhost is not enough.

Webhooks and third-party APIs

Integrate payment providers (Stripe, Mercado Pago) or messaging services (Twilio, WhatsApp) directly in your local environment. ResolveLabs Tunnel provides the public HTTPS URL these platforms require and forwards the real POST requests straight to your app.

terminal
# 1. Start the tunnel with a fixed URLrl-tunnel http 3000 --subdomain my-app# 2. Paste this URL in the provider dashboard (Stripe, GitHub, Twilio...)# https://my-app.t.resolvelabs.com.br/api/webhooks/stripe

Every delivery appears in your terminal. Run rl-tunnel inspect --last to see its headers and body, and rl-tunnel replay --last to send it to your app again after fixing a bug, with no need to trigger the event on the provider. See Traffic inspector.

You can also simulate a delivery yourself:

terminal
# Test your endpoint without waiting for the providercurl -X POST https://my-app.t.resolvelabs.com.br/api/webhooks/stripe \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"type":"payment_intent.succeeded"}'

Live demos and QA

Need to show the current branch to a client or the QA team? Instead of waiting for a staging build and deploy, open a tunnel and share the link. What they see is exactly the code you just saved.

terminal
rl-tunnel http 3000 --auth "qa:review-2026"# Send the link and the credentials to your client or QA team

Native mobile testing

Reach your local API directly from a phone on 4G to test real responsiveness and native behavior, without worrying about corporate Wi-Fi restrictions.

terminal
rl-tunnel http 3000 --subdomain my-app# Open https://my-app.t.resolvelabs.com.br on your phone (4G/5G or any Wi-Fi)

Temporary database access

Give another developer short-lived access to a local PostgreSQL, Redis or SSH server with a TCP tunnel, then close it when you are done.

Previews in CI

Authenticate with a token and open a tunnel per pull request, so reviewers can try the change.
